My mind’s on the fertility crisis this morning, because today I stumbled on perhaps the strangest and most barbarous take yet on how to fix it: someone who both styles themselves a “traditional Catholic” and yet also suggests that “Motherhood is not a lifestyle choice, it’s a duty to the state”.
